By confirming the booking the guest hereby acknowledge and accept Our Policies:-
1. Check-In time is from 12:00 pm and checkout time is until 11:00 am.
2. Children age below 10 are half charge, below 5 complementary
3. Booking stands confirmed only after 100 % advance of the payment
4. The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
5. Lunch Time: 13:30 hrs to 15:00 hrs/ Evening Tea: 18:00 hrs to 18:30 hrs/ Dinner: 20:30 hrs to 22:00 hrs/ Breakfast: 09:00 hrs to 10:00 hrs. (Guest are requested to have their meals on time once buffet released food will not be provided after particular timings)
6. The swimming pool will be closed after sunset. Will only be allowed for any promotional offers or rate of the day.
7. Any misbehave with an employee or any act against law will not be tolerated and will be subject to jurisdiction.
8.Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
9. Hotel management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guest in the rooms
Important:-
Watersports are subject to availability, water level and weather.
Perticular timing for watersports are open from 9am to 3 pm
(Any watersports included in the package if missed for any reason by the guest are non refundable or Compensated by the resort at certain issues)
